All roofing installations include a 5-year workmanship warranty, covering issues related to installation or labor.

Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Depending on the roofing material selected, you may qualify for:

25-Year Material Warranty (standard)

30+ Year Extended Warranty with premium Owens Corning systems

Up to 50-Year Warranty — if the complete roofing system is installed, including full plywood replacement (minimum ¾” sheathing) and additional system upgrades as determined by your contractor.

Note: Eligibility for extended warranties requires full system installation and may include additional materials or upgrades recommended on-site.
